Frequently asked questions

Is the beta program free?

Yes! The beta program is completely free. We just ask that you provide feedback on the features you test to help us improve.

Do I need SkunkCRM Pro to be a beta tester?

No, anyone with SkunkCRM (free or Pro) can join the beta program. Some beta features may require Pro, but we'll always be clear about that.

Are beta features stable enough for production?

Beta features are well-tested but may have rough edges. We recommend using them on a staging site first if you're concerned. That said, many beta testers use them in production without issues.

How do I report bugs or give feedback?

Post in the #beta-testers Slack channel! The development team monitors it closely and responds quickly to feedback and bug reports.
